BLOCKTIME

Methodology

All-in /hr = published rate + published fuel surcharge + published sales tax %. Dry rates get an estimated fuel add of 9 gph (twin) or 6 gph (single) at $6.50/gal. Rows that do not say wet or dry are treated as wet and flagged.

25 hr = 25 × all-in. It does not include checkout, instructor, insurance, club dues, or block discounts. Those are in the tooltip and block column.

With split partner = all-in ÷ 2, an estimate for two pilots sharing the aircraft. Marked est. Operator-published split/per-pilot prices are shown as published. Dual-only rows show n/a.

Eligibility: open rental (rated pilots can rent after checkout), dual only (always flown with an instructor aboard), students only (must be enrolled), per-pilot shared (priced per pilot on a shared flight), block only (only a prepaid block is sold). A rental terms unconfirmed badge marks twins whose operator page frames them as training aircraft and states no solo rental terms. Rates labeled block rate are the operator's published block price (Texas Flight Aviation publishes only block rates).

Published vs estimated. Rates come only from the operator's own page. Anything not read on that page is marked est., explained in its tooltip: (1) all-in where the page doesn't say wet/dry (assumed wet) or the rate is dry (fuel estimated at 9 gph twin / 6 gph single × $6.50/gal); (2) split-partner figures computed as all-in ÷ 2 (figures the operator publishes are tagged published); (3) airport IDs inferred from an address, name or directory. Sales tax is added only when the operator publishes a percentage. Tick Show verified figures only to hide every estimate.

Every row links to the operator page it came from and shows the date we checked it.
